UK Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our studio in Grantham, Lincolnshire via Royal Mail.
- Standard delivery — £3.50 (Royal Mail 2nd Class, 2–4 working days)
- Express delivery — £5.50 (Royal Mail 1st Class, 1–2 working days)
- Free shipping on all orders over £30
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday.
Packaging
Every order is carefully wrapped and dispatched in protective packaging suitable for glass bottles. Discovery Sets arrive in a black gift box ready to give.
Important: Perfume & Shipping
Perfume contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid. Under Royal Mail guidelines, fragrances can be sent via standard postal services within the UK in quantities of up to 150ml per parcel. All our shipments comply with these requirements.
International shipping is not currently available. We’re working on this and hope to offer it in the future.
Returns
We want you to love your elixir. If your order arrives damaged or you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned for a full refund
- Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Damaged items will be replaced free of charge — just send us a photo
